NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

this full grain cowhide leather is the perfect mix between soft and durable. due to the nature of full grain leather, natural variations, markings, and tonal differences may occur and are not considered defects.

The leather and sewing were done by a small family owned leather shop deep in the heart of toronto canada.

is a technical term for a sharp-pointed biological structure, often referring to an insect's stinger or a stiff, sharp prickle on a plant.

the aculeus chain holds a dark industrial look made from Oil quenched steel that requires special care.

Each chain is individually crafted by a maker in a small home studio outside of Toronto, Ontario.

The creative director

Gabriel sportun is a toronto based creative director and fashion designer whose work ties directly into the underground culture, historical study, and experimental luxury. raised in the morningside neighborhood of toronto's east end gabriel's approach to clothing is inspired by the brutalist design often seen in toronto's government buildings and the industrial sectors of toronto where his lens often lands.before founding the brand monsieur sportun gabriel emerged as a content creator using his platform as a space to educate youth and adults alike on the importance of understanding fashion history, subculture, and the visual linguistics of contemporary luxury. what began as a documentation of his studies later evolved into obsession of learning the studies of how clothing communicates identity, power, and belonging across time. rather than viewing from the surface level gabriel aproaches fashion from his own lens.in january 2026 he decided to launch his namesake label with a clear intention, to create clothing for private buyers and toronto's underground rave scene designed to withstand long hours of movement and physical intensity, each piece functions as both second skin and armor. the garments are made to be wearable art and function as a sign of conceptuality.gabriels creative philosophy is deeply tied to place. toronto's nightlife, underground music scenes, and private spaces that serve as testing grounds for his designs, environments where clothing has to perform rather than be a display. these settings are where the protection, anonymity, and mobility reflect.as a creative director, gabriel views fashion as a collaborative and experimental practice. his work goes beyond garments and into story and image making, narrative along with atmosphere. gabriel ensures that every photo, video and model directly fits within the brands overall vision. in all gabriel sportun's work is about building something honest: clothing shaped by real environments, worn by real people and designed to become a piece of history.
